Please note: The minimum for custom, full service weddings which include personal flowers, ceremony and reception design start at $3,500. (Holidays may be subject to a higher minimum due to increase in payment to designers).

Q: How much should I budget for flowers?
A: This can really vary from person to person. For instance, if you’re me—floral nerd—I made sure the flowers were top priority (duh). But to some, the bar, photographer, food, band, etc. place higher on the priority list. Check out the blog post linked here, for more information regarding floral budgets.
Q: Besides the flowers, what other costs should I expect to see from floral vendors?
A: Although a good florist can seem to be magic, we haven’t quite figured out how to transport your floral and decor without hard work and elbow grease. In addition to a delivery fee, expect a 20%+ labor charge. This is for all of the “behind-the-scenes” work that is needed to make your wedding day everything you expect and (hopefully) more.
Q: Do you have a minimum?
A: The minimum for custom designed, full scale weddings that include delivery, set-up and strike are priced at a minimum of $3,500. I totally understand budget constraints and I don’t want someone to feel that they can’t afford to have gorgeous flowers on their wedding day. So if you’re hosting an intimate wedding or elopement, there are ways to work around a tight budget—flower substitutions, “market” buys, pick-up options, etc. I will be completely transparent with my pricing and honest with you regarding the expectations because the very last thing I would want is to fall short on your special day.
Q: When should I contact a florist after getting engaged?
A: First, if you know you want to work with us, reach out and if the date is available, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to reserve our services. That deposit will be deducted from your floral bill. If you’d like to check around, I typically ask that you have selected your wedding dress. I know that may seem crazy but it can make all the difference. Going from a ball gown with lots of tulle to something more simple and dreamy can drastically change the floral style. Beyond that, most client’s reach out anywhere from 1 year—6 months prior to their wedding date.
